• Smart lighting: lights turn on only at dusk and turn off automatically at sunrise, minimizing environmental impact.
• Respect for biodiversity: we preserve nature through green space management without fertilizers or pesticides and moderate mowing that promotes biodiversity.
• Heated pools: pools are heated only from April to October and in summer when the temperature is below 27 degrees and if the weather permits, for a reasonable and responsible management of resources.
• Selective sorting areas: the estate is equipped with spaces specifically dedicated to selective sorting.
• Eco-friendly products: for cleaning the villas and common areas, we exclusively use eco-friendly products, thus preserving the health of our clients and that of the planet.
• Soft mobility: thanks to a privileged partnership with Balazuc Loisirs, we offer electric bike rentals for your rides or to discover the nearby greenway. Within the estate, we have chosen to use electric carts, providing a practical, silent, and eco-friendly transportation solution.
